Shampoo

1. Wet hair thoroughly. Apply and gently massage into the scalp.
2. Lather lightly, then rinse well.

Hair Mask

1. After shampooing, apply a generous amount of hair mask to damp hair, concentrating on the mid-lengths to the ends.
2. Leave on for 10–15 minutes. For deep treatment, wrap in a warm towel or shower cap.
3. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Use 1–2 times a week for best results.
