Shampoo

1. Wet hair thoroughly. Apply and gently massage into the scalp.
2. Lather lightly, then rinse well.

Conditioner

1. After shampooing, apply to clean, wet hair, focusing on lengths and ends.
2. Leave on for 2–3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Hair Mask

1. Use after shampooing, in place of conditioner.
2. Apply generously to mid-lengths and ends. Leave on for 10–15 minutes.
3. For deeper nourishment, wrap in a warm towel or shower cap.
4. Rinse with lukewarm water. Use 1–2 times a week.
