Return & Refund Policy


1. Eligibility


We accept returns/exchanges only for:
  • Damaged/defective items (e.g., leaking bottles, wrong product shipped).
  • Incorrect orders (e.g., you received Product A but ordered Product B).
Non-returnable:
  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons).
  • Orders where the buyer selected the wrong variant (e.g., chose "Volume
    Shampoo" but wanted "Hydrating Shampoo").


2. Timeframe

  • 0-14 days after delivery: Eligible for full refund or exchange (if unopened and
    defective/incorrect)
  • 15-30 days after delivery: Eligible only for store credit (no cash refunds)
  • Beyond 30 days: No returns accepted

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the unopened
    return.
  • Shipping Costs:
  1. βœ… We cover return shipping if the issue is our fault (e.g., defective/wrong
    item).
  2. ❌ You cover return shipping if:
  • You ordered the wrong variant (e.g., picked the wrong shampoo
    type).
  • The product is unused but non-defective.


4. How to Return

  1. Order number + photos of the issue (for defective items).
  2. We’ll approve/deny the request within 72 hours.
  3. Ship the item back (unopened) using the method we advise
